Lead and manage the experience design of branded, interactive, cross channel, user experiences for websites, mobile applications, and enterprise software. Facilitate the transition of the information architecture and interaction design as it moves from the creative to technical teams. Gather and define user needs, business goals and requirements. Present the client, usability testing and user research insight and how that informs the resulting information and interaction designs. Digital Librarian, Wayne State University; Detroit, MI — 2005-2006
Developed the WSU Institutional Repository with the faculty, staff and community members. Collaborated with the WSU Art Collection Curator on the development of the workflow for both the digitization process and metadata creation and capture. Led the implementation of podcasting lectures university-wide by working with the library computing and media services, the faculty and Apple Inc. Coordinated projects between the IMLS Grant students and The Detroit Library, The Walter Reuther Archives, The Henry Ford and Michigan State University.
Multimedia Specialist, University of Michigan School of Information; Ann Arbor, MI — 2001-2005
Mentored HCI students in the Practical Engagement Program by providing training in Information Architecture and Usability Engineering. Provided broadcasting and streaming services for multimedia delivery over the web university-wide. Lectured in the SI course 622: Evaluation of Systems and Services on ways to use digital video technology to present usability results. Consulted and trained the faculty on the latest multimedia technologies and how they relate to their course content and delivery.

Created and conducted usability tests, site maps and wire frames for large-scale web sites. Conducted research in the fields of Information Architecture and Usability Engineering for the UIA team.
